P33 is a lively shared flat with six housemates who communicate in sign language. We value an open, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere in which everyone can be themselves. We are a mix of different personalities, interests, and backgrounds. Some of us love art, others volunteer, some enjoy reading or are often out and about. In the flat, we enjoy spending time together in the kitchen, living room, or backyard.
The room will be available from December 2025 or if you wish from January 2026, is 8.5 m² in size, and the rent is 297.60 EUR, all inclusive: internet, electricity, water, and heating.
The flat is located in Tiergarten with very good access to public transportation as well as nearby shops, cafés, and parks. There is a shared kitchen, a large cozy living room, and access to a backyard that is a lovely meeting spot, especially in the summer.
We are looking for a FLINTA* person who enjoys communal living, values clear and appreciative communication, and feels comfortable in a sign-language environment. Whether it’s a movie night, cooking together, or a friendly chat in the kitchen – you are warmly welcome here.
